1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home textiles: carpets, curtains, and sofa throw blankets.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and fabric dye lots.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Carpets:

  • Use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping.

  • Keep away from heat sources and open flames.

  • Not intended for use on stairs without proper securement.

Curtains:

  • Ensure proper installation using appropriate hardware for your wall type.

  • Keep away from heaters and open flames.

  • For corded blinds (if sold), follow safety guidelines to prevent strangulation.

Throw Blankets:

  • Keep away from open flames.

  • Not intended for use by infants without supervision (suffocation risk).

  • Follow care instructions.

3. Flammability Standards
Our textiles comply with:

  • 16 CFR Part 1630 (carpets and rugs)

  • 16 CFR Part 1610 (curtains and blankets)

4. FTC Textile Labeling Compliance
All products comply with:

  • Textile Fiber Products Identification Act (15 U.S.C. § 70) – fiber content, country of origin, manufacturer.

  • 16 CFR Part 303 – labeling requirements.

  • Care Labeling Rule (16 CFR Part 423) – permanent care instructions.

5. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., slipping, fading, damage from improper care).

7. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
