We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of these products (hygiene, custom sizing), please review this policy carefully.
Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached. Carpets must be rolled (not folded). Curtains must be unwashed and unhemmed. Sofa blankets must be unwashed with tags.
Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

Used items: Carpets that have been unrolled, walked on, or show signs of dirt; curtains that have been hung, washed, or altered; throw blankets that have been used or washed.

Custom-cut items: Curtains cut to specific lengths cannot be returned unless defective.

Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.
Return Process

Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Pack items securely in original packaging. Carpets must be rolled; curtains folded.

Customer pays return shipping. For large carpets, costs can be significant. We recommend trackable, insured service.

A 15% restocking fee may apply for large items.

Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and natural material variations (fabric dye lots, carpet fibers), actual colors may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
