1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). Large carpets may ship via freight with extended delivery times (7-15 business days). You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount]. Large carpets may have separate freight charges.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. What types of carpets do you offer?
We offer area rugs in various materials: wool, synthetic (polyester, polypropylene), cotton, jute, and outdoor polypropylene. Available sizes: 2'x3' to 9'x12' and runners.

5. What types of curtains do you offer?
We offer blackout, sheer, thermal, and decorative curtains in standard lengths (63", 84", 96", 108"). Materials include polyester, cotton, linen, and velvet. Curtains include hanging hardware (grommets, rod pockets, or back tabs).

6. What types of sofa throw blankets do you offer?
We offer throw blankets in fleece, cotton, knitted acrylic, and woven polyester. Sizes: 50"x60" (throw) and 40"x50" (lap). Machine washable unless labeled dry clean only.

7. How do I care for my carpet?

  • Vacuum regularly (without beater bar for delicate rugs).

  • Blot spills immediately – do not rub.

  • Professional cleaning recommended every 12-18 months.

  • Use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping.

8. How do I care for my curtains?

  • Most polyester and cotton curtains are machine washable (cold, gentle cycle). Hang to dry or tumble dry low.

  • Linen and velvet curtains typically require dry cleaning.

  • Use a garment steamer to remove wrinkles while hanging.

9. How do I care for my throw blanket?

  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, with like colors.

  • Tumble dry low or air dry.

  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

  • For wool or cashmere blends, dry clean recommended.

10. What safety standards do your products meet?

  • Carpets: 16 CFR Part 1630 (flammability).

  • Curtains: 16 CFR Part 1610 (clothing textiles flammability).

  • Blankets: 16 CFR Part 1610.

  • CPSIA lead limits for children's room textiles where applicable.
